Unit13 is currently a working prototype. Live payment processing, automated charges, and customer onboarding are not yet available for production use. No subscription purchase is required to explore the demo.
A few useful answers
Before we talk.
Can I use my own facility branding?
Yes. The prototype supports facility names, logo URLs, colors, support details, and a branded tenant view. A custom domain can be connected, with facility-specific domain routing and independent login still requiring implementation.
Can tenants see which units are available?
The full inventory and availability tools are for administrators. A tenant’s account view is limited to that tenant’s rentals, invoices, and payment history.
Does it support recurring and one-time billing?
The prototype includes monthly rent schedules and one-time invoices. Due invoices are generated on request. Current payment entries are simulated; automatic billing and live card processing still need to be connected.
Can I manage more than one facility?
The platform supports separate facility workspaces, branding, and administrator assignments. During your walkthrough, we can discuss how your locations and staff should be organized.
Is Unit13 ready to replace my current software today?
Not yet. This is an early product preview. A production rollout requires live integrations, customer login setup, operational testing, and an agreed migration plan. The walkthrough is an opportunity to evaluate the fit and help shape the launch.
